4. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Sedgebury. If you are not completely happy with your T-Shirts & Tops, Pants & Trousers, or Skirts, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Footwear, accessories, or items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for refund.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
